Refund policy
Returns:
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ultimatepd.com. If your return is accepted, it is the buyers responsibility to ship the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items to be returned must be approved in advance and issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns will not be accepted without RGA number and will be return to customer at their expense. No returns after 30 days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and restock charges may be applied. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty:
Customers are obligated to inspect delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to give written and verbal notice of a defect immediately. No claims for damage will be honored 5 or more business days after receipt. All claims of defects in workmanship must be made during this same period. Ultimate Performance warrants that all Ultimate Performance products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Due to the variety of modifications and changes made to vehicles that may affect the performance or durability of related components, Ultimate Performance’s obligation under this warranty extends only to the repair or replacement parts manufactured or sold by Ultimate Performance and not for labor. To file a warranty claim, parts must be returned with proof of purchase, the customer name and address, type of car, year, engine number, and odometer reading. No claims will be considered without valid proof of purchase and all documentation and the original Ultimate Performance part. Return freight charges must be prepaid. Collect returns will not be accepted. All parts replaced under warranty may become the property of Ultimate Performance
Exclusions:
Parts showing evidence of misapplication, abuse, improper maintenance, improper installation or alterations from their original configuration, or failure to follow installation instructions are expressly not covered by this warranty. Ultimate Performance also reserves the right to make changes to products, or specifications at any time without obligation to modify earlier parts. No person, company, or other organization is authorized to assume for Ultimate Performance any warranty responsibility or make binding judgments regarding warranties of any parts, which from time to time may become subject of a warranty claim. Ultimate Performance’s limited product warranty specifically excludes: - Shipping charges, towing and rental car charges, damage to a component or assembly due to installation of replacement parts with specifications that differ in any material respect from the original vehicle manufacturer’s or Ultimate Performance’s parts. - Damage resulting from the unauthorized modification of an Ultimate Performance part, damage resulting from the use of other manufacturer’s products in conjunction with an Ultimate Performance product - Damage attributed to negligence, improper installation, improper treatment contrary to the instructions in the owner’s manual from the original vehicle manufacturer or Ultimate Performance’s product instructions.
Limitations of liability
Ultimate Performance will not be held liable for any damage caused by the use of Ultimate Performance products, either directly or indirectly. Ultimate Performance makes no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Ultimate Performance makes no claims as to fitness of purpose for any product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as custom products cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
